The impending retirement of Baby Boomer healthcare professionals along with the potential shortage of new talent entering the profession are creating the need for the healthcare industry to actively manage the recruiting and retention of their workforce.  The Georgia Hospital Association has created a tool to help medical professionals in this endeavor.  While designed for Georgia hospitals, this tool can be customized for other healthcare providers, giving them a place to start in their analysis indicating how their workforce will change in the future.
